UTM v4: Text selection in built-in terminal is broken

I’ve been daily-driving UTM as my primary development environment for almost two years now, and I’m happy to see the new SwiftTerm backend in v4 (along with many other features) as it fixes a lot of the performance issues that hterm.js had!

Unfortunately, it looks like the text selection is currently broken, at least on macOS 12.5.

I’m not sure if it’s working fine on macOS 13 since I don’t plan on upgrading until the public release, though I might as well do that if this is a viable workaround.

Seems to be caused by migueldeicaza/SwiftTerm#246 (fixed in migueldeicaza/SwiftTerm@9f56c4d).
