Describe the issue
I've experienced this issue a couple times before, but it's not been as frequent as now. Almost every time I start a VM which has GPU acceleration enabled, UTM crashes. Whenever it doesn't crash, it crashes when the OS has started or is booting.

Configuration (required)

  • UTM Version: 3.1.1
  • OS Version: 15.1
  • Device Model: iPad Pro M1 11"
  • Is it jailbroken (name jailbreak used)? No
  • How did you install UTM? SignTools

Crash log
Didn't get created

Debug log
GitHub doesn't support .ips files, so I made it a .zip
UTM-2022-02-23-200643.zip

Upload VM
Any VM that has enabled and utilizes GPU acceleration

I can also reproduce this (but not 100%).
