Do the Linux/Proton enabled versions of the anti cheat engines require root privileges or kernel models? |

On Linux, games with Easy-Anti-Cheat and BattlEye Anti-Cheat can optionally support running on Linux via the Proton runtimes for each of these provided by Steam. Games that use these to my knowledge include Elden Ring and Nightreign, Halo:MCC and more.
Is there any possibility these could be supported?
