Suggestion: Integration or Plugin for proxycheck.io

The aim of this would be to give easy possibility to block all sorts of proxys, TOR, VPNs.
Especially VPN blocking is usually very difficult or very expensive issue. Sure one could use cloudflares VPN list and pay around 1000 dollars per month. But proxycheck.io is way cheaper and offers also a API and more features like country blocking, whitelists and so on.
