The current version of useblocks/sphinx-test-reports needs the api make_hashed_id from Sphinx-Needs.
In version 3.0.0 of sphinx-needs, the api was public; in version 4.0.0 it is only availalbe in the module.

I'm not sure, if sphinx-needs or useblocks/sphinx-test-reports shall be changed.
