improving UCT scores

At the end of the 38_sick run, the UCT scores look as follows

[ERROR] - dsbox.controller.controller - search_template failed on default_classification_template with UCT: [25.011227665436728, 145.6191013321838, 48.977144744440494, 127.99443252124443, 44.08087768817255]

These scores correspond to the following templates

Template ' SRI_Mean_Baseline_Template ' has been added to template base.
Template ' default_classification_template ' has been added to template base.
Template ' default_text_classification_template ' has been added to template base.
Template ' Default_timeseries_collection_template ' has been added to template base.
Template ' dsbox_classification_template ' has been added to template base.

It seems Default_timeseries_collection_template gets a pretty high uct score. Maybe we can tune the UCT parameters so that this doesn't happen?
