有些中间件在处理 mysql:connect 的时候需要验证 Client 的 charset 是否是合法的，例如 TiDB L183-L403
而 lua-resty-mysql 默认的 charset 为 0，和 mysql 协议是“不匹配的”，因此一直报连接错误。

顺便改了下文档 🐜
