It would be great to expose the dialog fail/always event emitted to the angular UcWidgetCustomComponent

I need to know if the widget dialog was closed without a new file getting uploaded or any change happening inside the widget. Right now the widget cannot be reset and it triggers multiple event OnUploadComplete events for the previously opened dialogs.
