Current behavior

Pressing the ToggleSwitch to turn it off looks on our side. The color goes to grey earlies than it should and the "knob" stretches in the wrong direction.

Another problem is that dragging the knob always toggles. On WinUI, if you drag it before the half-way point, it won't toggle.
