[Bug]: Catalog task times out when processing large number of files

Changes to be made:

• Send to a “facade” lambda that would do the actual queueing
• Set default to not check / wait until all granules are cataloged

Even facade did not work.
This error is thrown when facade is triggering actual lambda function.

RuntimeError: querying granules ingestion ends in error. status_code: 500. url: https://1gp9st60gd.execute-api.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/dev/am-uds-dapa/collections/. details: {"detail":"An error occurred (RequestEntityTooLargeException) when calling the Invoke operation: 2992390 byte payload is too large for the Event invocation type (limit 262144 bytes)"}

I'll keep looking into it.
