Research options in CMR to get notified of new events/products. Perhaps talk to OPERA team and/or ASF DAAC. Look into callbacks? (Vs. emails). Create a new trigger type under https://github.com/unity-sds/unity-initiator/tree/main/terraform-unity/triggers
