I just had the case that telepresence timeouted:
telepresence: error: Intercept: Failed to establish intercept: the apply timed out. The current timeout 1m0s can be configured as "timeouts.apply" in "/somepath/telepresence/config.yml"
(I edited the path).

Maybe we could add a "--timeout" parameter, which sets the telepresence timeout.

Unfortunately there is currently no Telepresence parameter for the timeout. Only writing a timeout value to the stated file is supported.
