MIHTool helps Front-End Engineer who works on mobile web app to debug his webpage.
You may install it on your iOS device with iOS5+. To see the Composited Render Layer Borders just switch the button to ON and restart the app. You may visit your web page as you want with the address bar. Press F11 or shake device to toggle fullscreen.
I think you already know what it is all about. If you have no idea about "Composited Render Layer Borders" then there is nothing I can tell.
