Cool project, I'd like to use it in my own application, but we use the default content feature of ui-view pretty heavily.
It would be nice if default content was already being populated in a ui-view, that it would remain there instead of being replaced by the react-ui-view-adapter (https://github.com/ui-router/react-hybrid/blob/master/src/angularjs/ReactUIViewAdapterComponent.tsx#L18)

Any ideas?
