Fishing Minigame: Design Sketches

We need to create some design sketches for the minigame. The idea is that we will have some sort of background image for flavor, and then a main GUI for the actual fishing minigame. These designs will not be final, this task is meant to get us started with dicussions on how the minigame will look moving forward.

Bring these design sketches to the next CC (that you're able to come to), there won't be an actual pull request involved with this. This issue is mainly to assign tasks to people to distribute the workload.
