Current method of brute forcing through a list of bags does not work to the well.

General idea would be to have a python script that will read a directory, loop through all the bags, open them using rospy bag, and then save some basic information into a HTML file (such as a list of topics). A quality of life thing would be detect if there was a camera topic, and then load an image frame and save it so that it appears in the HTML alongside the bag name.
