Hypothesis:

If we had a more rigid organization system and more regular meetings, it's a lot more likely we would have finished this project already.

Theory:

By implementing Agile methodologies we can collaborate more effectively

Proposal:

• Commit to a weekly or bi-weekly meeting schedule
• establish a feedback loop with the client
• Plan and execute sprints, reviews & retrospectives
• Review each others code
