Report unrecognized scriptlet names as error in linter widget count

• I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue.
• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

• uBO is the only extension.
• uBO uses default lists and settings.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

I happened to find this error in Easylist Cookie list by accident:

But the linter widget doesn't report it. If it did, it would help to quickly spot errors on filter lists and they would get fixed sooner.

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a filter list that has an unrecognized scriptlet name in asset-viewer.html.

Expected behavior

Linter widget would report it.

Actual behavior

It's not reporting.
