Problem when reading Mac Calendars (using CR as line-break) #121

The library seems to have problems reading ics files where lines are ended with CR (0#0d) only.
These files are created e.g. on Mac OS ( up to Version 9 ).

Files with CR+LF (0x0d 0x0a) or LF only (0x0a) seem to work.
