10.0.*: How to not render 'empty' on every query if only remote data source provided? #733

My bloodhound using only 'remote' for data source. So, when typing there is a delay before the data is returned from the server. During this delay, I get 'empty' template rendered even though the data may be there.

How to prevent 'empty' template to render while the request is in the process and only show 'empty' after the received data doesn't contain the query?

That's just kind of how it works right now which is less than ideal. There's a chance #718 may improve this behavior, but I'm not sure at this point.

It does seem like #718 will resolve this issue. That patch should go out in the next release.
