Description

This PR add functionality to the Chat feature. It looks for URLs in the chat messages and converts them to links that open the URL in a new tab:

nit: why not a forEach loop?

It didn't cross my mind to use a forEach loop for some reason. But a forEach loop looks cleaner here, so I added it.
