[Opera 11] responsive menu can't be closed (Regression)

Steps to reproduce

• Open http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/base-css.html in Opera 11
• Make browse window small to see the responsive menu
• Click the menu button
• Click the menu button again

Expected

Responsive menu should hide away.

Actual result

Responsive menu stays on the page always opened.
