Search suggestions with incomplete search data

Describe the bug
When I search for a particular contact by name, I need to enter the name in full. For example, if I type “fathe” I don't get a suggestion for the contact “father”.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Contacts
2. Click on Search button
3. Enter name of one of your contacts
4. Delete last letter
5. See the bug

Expected behavior
As a user i want to search for contacts with incomplete search data and get suggestions. For example, when I search for “abc” I want to get a list of contacts who have “abc” in their first/last names.

Although this could be considered as a feature request I still think it's a bug.
