DataTable组件的列固定且列宽允许拖动时出现bug

Describe the bug

当fixed为left的列同时设置resizable为true时，拖动列宽，右侧同样fixed为left的列仍然固定在原位置，没有随之移动，导致样式混乱。fixed为right时同样有这样的问题。
