V2.40.1版本 windows系统中使用n-data-table表格开启横向虚拟滚动功能，按住Shift无法横向滚动

我使用的是V2.40.1版本 再windows系统中，需要支持按住Shift然后滚轮支持表格横向滚动。结果是只有纵向滚动条滚动到底部以后才支持横向滚动。
mac系统按住shift即可滚动
