Reverse-Image-Search 'Bot

Basically a proxy 'bot to use sites such as tineye.com or reverse on images.google.com or similar, where room members want to know the source or sauce, but not run Client-Side JavaScript, or might be on mobile or where it's otherwise inconvenient to download from the room and do a search. The 'bot could also search by URL/URI, and be set to return sources for all images posted to the room, or just respond to queries for particuar message events.
