目前主要依赖nihui大佬的一系列ncnn超分项目，原项目只支持jpg bmp webp png四种格式的输入输出。
本项目没有修改原项目对格式的支持，通过前处理-超分-后处理的方式适配更多格式。
其中前处理heif格式输入使用Android自身API预处理为png，其他使用magick（Android端magick支持格式有限）。
ncnn输出结果统一为png。

这涉及了几个问题:

  1. 动图输入，输出一定是静态图片
  2. 效率损失
