Are there any plans to make this available to install using yum? My team uses CentOS servers for development and we'd like to be able to install this for all users, rather than each one having to install their own copy using cargo. Thanks!

i'm not a maintainer for any distro's official package repos, and i don't know any distribution's packaging tools (except arch), so i can't help you here. if you want git-absorb to get into an official repo, you'll have to see if any of the maintainers like to work with rust, or perhaps there's a mailing list or bugtracker where you can submit a request.
