/UnityChanAdventure/Prefabs/ の中にある medal プレハブを開いて、 ScoreItem スクリプトドラッグアンドドロップして追加してください。

勘のいい人なら勝手にadd componentでscore item追加思いつくけど、書いといてあげましょうよ。
