應該是特殊觀測資料導致的錯誤

Check ANWS AOAWS connection: ("invalid literal for int() with base 10: 'R06'",)

回報原文：
METAR RCBS 031300Z 22010KT 0050 R06/0100N FG VV001 21/21 Q1011 NOSIG RMK A2987(S) =

應該是因為特殊觀測資料跑道視程 RVR 的部分 R06/0100N 所導致的錯誤，
這邊的（表A3-1) R06 = Runway 06 06跑道、100N 能見度 U/N/D 為趨勢上升/無明顯趨勢/下降（章節 4.3.6.6）

但航空氣象網則直接選擇不顯示 XD（通常這個數字僅對於航機起降影響）
