App Run from CONTRIBTING.md not working MacOs

How to reproduce

Did 1️⃣ Fork and Clone
And 2️⃣ Setup Environment
For Mac OS

I tried to run app: "B) PearAI App"
Did yarn watch and waited for "finished compiling" and kept it running.

As well as step 2:
cd extensions/pearai-submodule/extensions/vscode
yarn tsc-watch

In step 3 I get error (./scripts/code.sh)

Expected behavior

I expect it to Open Pear AI App.

I have Macbook Apple M3
Use Node v20.18.0
Python 3.11.1
Yarn 1.22.22
Have Git, Rust
And Xcode and Command Line Tools installed

I tried

curl -I https://stingray-app-gb2an.ondigitalocean.app/pearai-server-api2/gallery/publishers/ms-vscode/vsextensions/js-debug/1.91.0/vspackage

Get 500 Error also
