- Add JsImport's. - IndexChange now operates on Seq's. - Add crossScalaVersions. - Bump sbt to 1.2.0. - Bump scalaJS to 0.6.24 (and add sbt-scalajs-crossproject). - Bump version to 0.0.2.

Thank you for your work on this facade. It has saved me a lot of work. We have migrated to the latest
scalajs-reactversion now, and had to update the facade. Please find our changes in this PR.There have been some changes in style too, please feel free to revert those if they don't suit your needs.
