Don't collapse above node when outdenting

Make a node, and give it a child node.
Hit enter, make a new node, and outdent it. the node above will be collapsed. It shouldn't be collapsed—the user didn't give any indication that they wanted to collapse it.

@progrium i think this is a bug but if not then feel free to remove the label
