compatible with obsidian

Hello @KuecukMimarBey !
It is not compatible. This plugin heavily rely on logseq internal api to do all graph parsing and building graph. So if someone wants to use it in obsidian, this part should be rewritten. I think whole plugin architecture and visualization part should work in obsidian
