Create a "Pull quote" templatetag for Topicblog

Let's create a pull quote templatetag.

Could imagine something like [[pullquote]]((text)) that would render text like this :

[JeffAbrahamson]

Interesting idea and might be interesting, but just to be clear, this isn´t what I was talking about today. Today I meant about sharing on social media.

For example,

"de nouveaux services ferroviaires, de nouvelles lignes de cars"
https://www.mobilitains.fr/questionnaire/response/3/25/109/24

(and then an OG image, title, text display)

And that's something that the person posting on social media would do manually.
