Allow combining a filter+search query

We need to support a combination of a filter (Translated/Incomplete/..) with a search query. Currently, when one wants to do a search, the #filter par of the query is reset. In other words, it is only possible to search in all units, which limits the ability to point translators to a more focused selection of units (for example, to incomplete units containing a certain word).
