Azure Upload module for Sitecore WFFM

Fixes the issues with WFFM module that breaks pages with some JavaScript libraries

The 'From' field value is wrapped by brackets twice in the Send Email Editor

When uploading a file, its size limit is hardcoded to 1 MB.

There is no scroll bar in popup while selecting item fields for the Selecting Sitecore Items mode. Unable to change "Value" or "Text" in the List Items Editor

Fixes the issue with WFFM MVC validation that doesn't work correctly for Single-line, Multi-line, Number and Password fields.

The 'Select a form to copy' option overwrites the copied form and creates a duplicate in the target folder.

CheckBox lists field type doiesn't support the client validation for the MVC form.

Enable client validation for the 'Checkbox List' field on MVC forms when the 'Success Page' option is used.

WFFM field with special characters in field name cannot be inserted into Send Email Message save action

File from the `File Upload` field isn't attached in e-mail, when using the 'Send Email Message' action.

Fixes the issue with a datasource of the "Form" rendering that has an incorrect value after inserting a form using the "Select a form to copy" option of the "Insert Form" dialog.

Client-side validation doesn't work for CheckBoxList field

The 'Create Item' save action may create an item without workflow.

Item name reverting back to field title

Captcha view contains wrong type definitions from the Sitecore.Wffm.Mvc.MSCaptcha assembly

Prevents from the Sitecore.CodeDom.Compiler.CompilerException exception that occurs when the WFFM module is installed and the Social Connected module is disabled

Enables the possibility to localize validation message for the 'Number' field when using ASP.NET MVC Forms.
