An unofficial R port of the Python package to download data off of the UCI ML repository

This is a repository for a research project completed during the 2023 Florida State University Young Scholars Program. It investigates the application of federated learning to protect individual privacy during development of a machine learning model to diagnose heart disease.

The purpose of this project is to develop and compare two machine learning models to detect spam emails. Spam detection is a crucial task in email filtering systems to protect users from unwanted and potentially harmful emails. The project involves using a dataset containing various features extracted from email content.
