A simple, real-time app using Machine Learning to check if news is fake or real from URLs, keywords, or pasted text. Built with Streamlit, scikit-learn, and GNews API for live monitoring in a clean, dark-themed UI.

We built a text classification model to predict movie review sentiment using the IMDB dataset. Pre-trained GNews Swivel embeddings from TensorFlow Hub were used for better performance. A simple neural network was trained for 5 epochs, achieving high validation accuracy.

Real-time news aggregator that fetches articles from multiple APIs every 15 mins, stores unique data in MongoDB, and summarizes similar news using NLP tools like Gemiini. Includes keyword-based search via Streamlit and uses CRON for automation with historical tracking.
