Bump http-cache-semantics and parse-domain

Removes [http-cache-semantics](https://github.com/kornelski/http-cache-semantics). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [parse-domain](https://github.com/peerigon/parse-domain). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `parse-domain` from 2.3.4 to 7.0.1
