[VS 2015] Not all ligatures work

For me, looks like all ligatures that contain "-" do not work in VS 2015:

Nope, it’s VS tokenization issue. See

• Visual studio 2015 doesn't render glyph for -> #43
• -> ligature doesn't seem to work on VS2013 / Windows 7 #32
• Neither HTML comments work in VS2015 SP1 #157
