This pull request adds missing header images which fixes the
Failed to find texture iphone/header_ep1.tgaerrors in the console.The original PNGs from the
menu_artdirectory were converted to JPEGs using theconvertImageMagick tool. Keeping the files as PNGs caused aCGBitmapContextInfoCreate: CGColorSpace doesn't support outputerror and using TGA files caused an error here as well.
