Describe the bug
In the inspect the layer button overlays the results

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open the plugin
  2. Make sure the tokens are applied to the elements
  3. navigate to inspect
  4. select the layer button and see the layer button overlay

Expected behavior
when interacting with the layer button it should not overlay
