Example:

$ open program.app

Apple style Info.plist:

<key>JavaX</key>
<dict>
  <key>Arguments</key>
  <string>1 "a b" cd</string>

Excerpt from syslog:

[Exec] "/Library/Java/.../bin/java" -cp ... mainClass '1' 'a b' 'cd'

Example:

Oracle style Info.plist:

<key>JVMArguments</key>
<array>
	<string>1 "a b"</string>
	<string>cd</string>
	<string>"e f"</string>
	<string>g h</string>
</array>

Note that the third string element must contain the elements with quotes around it in order to work, otherwise it get's tokenized at the space like the fourth example.
