docker compose error with SIS_import scripts #137

receive the following error message with docker compose build:

* 'group_add[0]' expected type 'string', got unconvertible type 'int', value: '0'
failed to solve: executor failed running [/bin/sh -c curl -sLO https://downloads.rclone.org/${RCLONE_VER}/rclone-${RCLONE_VER}-linux-amd64.deb && dpkg -i rclone-${RCLONE_VER}-linux-amd64.deb && rm rclone-${RCLONE_VER}-linux-amd64.deb]: exit code: 1
In Gemfile: #0 8.118 therubyracer was resolved to 0.12.3, which depends on #0 8.118 libv8
