Show latest message on first subscription

Show the latest messages preview when the user subscribes to 'me' topic and executes `{get what=sub}` before any messages are received in the comm topic and cached by the client. 

Currently the latest message preview is shown only after the client subscribes and attaches to topic or a new message is sent in the topic.
