Create unix_timestamp_millis ?

I see we have the option for unix_timestamp and unix_timestamp_nanos for OffsetDateTime

Any reason why unix_timestamp_millis does not exist? It would be very useful

What's wrong with foo.unix_timestamp_nanos() / 1_000_000?

Just that the user would have to add this divide every time he needs the UTC in milliseconds. It would be better to have it in the library imo

The usage is mostly for elapsed time calculations (in milliseconds)

Duration::time_fn seems like something you'd be interested in then. It's better than relying on the Unix timestamp.
