Bug Report

What did you do?

  • Deploy a v5.3.0 cluster
  • Change the balance-hot-region-scheduler config
  • Upgrade to v6.4.0
  • View the balance-hot-region-scheduler config

What did you expect to see?

rank-formula-version = v1

What did you see instead?

rank-formula-version = v2

What version of PD are you using (pd-server -V)?

v6.4.0
