Bug Report
The origin isolation level metircs can not reset zero if isolation level is changed.
The sum of label should equal to the count of the regions in cluster.
the promQL is: pd_regions_label_level{}
What did you do?
scale out from single center to three centers, so the new isolation level is "zone".
What did you expect to see?
the host's isolation level shoule be zero and the count of the label should equal to the count of the regions in cluster.
What did you see instead?
the host's isolation level is not zero.
What version of PD are you using (pd-server -V)?
