Make first release

Hi there,

I am using this cardinality-exporter right now in a side-project - its working great - thank you!
Here is my problem:
I would love to be automatically updated about a new version of this exporter - so I added renovateBot to the repository to automatically check for updates. To get it to work I need an actual version, since latest will not be enough for the manager to update the file.

So the request is kind of simple:
Could you please create a release of this tool?
Would be very much appreciated
